Episode 24: This week's episode highlights the benefits of sound healing. Kim interviews Diáne Mandle, certified Tibetan Bowl Practitioner and Polarity Therapy practitioner. Diáne talks about the origins of sound healing, as well as the effects sound healing has had on her clients. She is also a Polarity Therapy practitioner, which is a modality that incorporates various tools such as massage, sound vibrations, and counseling.
Diáne Mandle grew up in a bi-cultural background, with a French mother and American father, which allowed her to spend her childhood going back and forth between Southern France and the US. Her undergraduate degree was in theater and dance, and she obtained a Masters in Cross Cultural Communication, with a thesis on African music. She discovered polarity therapy and has been practicing sound healing since 2000. She is now the only Tibetan Bowl practitioner Certified through the state of California, as well as a Polarity Therapy practitioner.
